As the Lead Pastor, Dan Huckins' main purpose is to lead and communicate. First of all, he must lead the church to the fulfillment of its mission and vision. Its vision is to lead people who are irreligious and far from God to be razor sharp followers of Jesus Christ.

Tim Thurston - Lead Worship Pastor
Tim Thurston's role as Worship Pastor is more varied than it might seem at first. He oversees all aspects of the arts at LimaCC, including worship, media, tech, choir, etc. Also, as Worship Pastor at LimaCC, he is accountable for the individual spiritual development of those who serve in Worship. Tim is now the venue pastor of the Saturday night service as well as overseeing the overall direction of our mulitple area venues.

Multimedia Pastor - John Johnstone
John's position is a unique one for LimaCC, and one that was well-needed. His purpose is to augment, support and train each area of LimaCC in creative multimedia (graphics, presentations, video and audio), and to make efficient use of technology. He also provides service and support for all information technology. Also, John heads up all marketing for our church. John is now the venue pastor of the Source service.
